Viewing and reporting

We at CWS understand even with the best equipment available time may not be on your side. We recognise that reviewing CCTV can be very, very time consuming. That is why CWS are able to monitor your CCTV for you.

Whether we monitor by exception after bad stock results as an example or live we can monitor your CCTV through our alerting software. With this unique software you can choose what events you wish to be alerted to. Any of the following examples can be used.

• Void
• No sale
• Barcode override
• By Operator
• By item/product
• Time and date

The list is almost endless. Once set POS Scan will alert CWS via e-mail or text to let you know an incident has occurred. The entire CCTV recording can be viewed and CWS provide you with a comprehensive report identifying any offences committed. The report will include: a description of each incident, a CD of the images, and a full statement for presentation to the police sufficient to achieve a prosecution and to ensure HR compliance. The report also identifies instances of inappropriate customer service and poor timekeeping. POS Scan is fully data protection compliant. You can have full remote access to each unit giving you global access to live or recorded transaction and image date and you can be alerted to the events as they happen.
